Mr Suresh Rawal began his Diamond career in 1983 as a manufacturing trainee at Suthariya Brothers, where he learned the intricacies of polishing a raw diamond and was promoted to manager within 6 months. He had already established his manufacturing unit and expanded his firm by 1990. Until 2012, he was fixated on buying diamonds in Dubai and Africa and selling them on the Indian market. His interest in the jewellery business developed, and he began producing jewellery.

In 2017, his son, Mr Mahesh Rawal, set up Vedika Creations, a manufacturing company in Andheri. Later, in order to expand, their firm migrated to Surat, where they acquired work from renowned clients such as Hare Krishna, Uni design, and others for a varied range of jewellery. Mr. Sagar Rawal, his younger son, has a degree in financial planning and risk management. He is also GII-certified in polish grading. With the experience he obtained from producing and grading diamonds in Surat, the family intend to take Vedika Creations to new heights.
